4. Payment Terms and Conditions

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be specified on the applicable checkout page, invoice, subscription plan, proposal, or written service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are due in advance and are non-cancellable during the applicable billing period.

  • All prices are stated in the currency indicated at the time of purchase;
  • You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges;
  • You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, GST/HST, PST, QST, duties, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or similar charges, where permitted by law;
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services, interest or collection costs to the extent permitted by law, and loss of access to paid content;

If Services are provided on a recurring or subscription basis, your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the instructions provided in your account or on the relevant service page. Renewal terms may change on notice as permitted by law.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation rights depend on the nature of the Services purchased and any applicable consumer protection laws in Canada. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement, the following applies:

  • Digital content or services that have already been delivered, accessed, streamed, downloaded, published, or substantially performed are generally non-refundable;
  • Custom, made-to-order, production, consulting, or scheduling-based services may be non-refundable once work has begun;
  • Subscriptions may be cancelled for future renewal, but fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable unless required by law;
  • If a refund is approved by us in writing, it will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to processor and banking timelines;
  • Any special refund conditions stated on the purchase page, invoice, or written agreement will prevail to the extent permitted by law.

To request cancellation or a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your name, order details, and reason for the request. We may require reasonable verification before processing any request.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event first giving rise to liability, or CAD $100 if no payment was made, whichever is greater, unless a different limitation is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including certain consumer rights where applicable.
